realized that my three-day silent retreat is only two weekends away.
i hope to use this time to read, catch up on sleep, and meditate. i’ve really slacked on the latter.
any who. i’m seeking some meditation music, like Tibetan Buddhist stuff. (i don’t want like trickling water or something like that though.) there’s just so much on iTunes and i don’t know where to start.
