this year’s theme is: “Women’s Rights are Human Rights.”
lots of good things planned.
so glad i’m a part of this pivotal summer program, educating high schoolers about the plethora of past and present human rights issues.
today is day one.

i biked there and home.
total: approximately 8.6 miles.
i had no idea it was quite that far.

took me 23 minutes.
the ride was a bit longer, and more tiring, then i expected it to be.
phew.
