i’m so excited. this year’s theme is: “Women’s Rights are Human Rights.” lots of good things planned. so glad i’m a part of this pivotal summer program, educating high schoolers about the plethora of past and present human rights issues. today is day one. cheers. approximately 4.3 miles from my house to work. i biked there and home. total: approximately 8.6 miles. i had no idea it was quite that far. wowzaz. go me.
feel the burn.
just got to work. rode my bike here—for the first time. took me 23 minutes. the ride was a bit longer, and more tiring, then i expected it to be. phew. but my carbon footprint got a bit smaller, and i’m getting a bit healthier. —> win
