first thing: stopped in cpld to thank Elaine for her message of support [and cookies!] this weekend.
she’s beyond description, and i love her dearly.
alas, all i could do was say thanks and give her a hug.

[worthy] exhaustion.
since i woke up last friday morning at 930am, after returning at 3am from a night out, I have not gotten but 8-9ish hours of sleep.
this weekend, friday-saturday-sunday, i went to bed about 330am, and awoke at 745am.
i had a blast on the retreat, but i am exhausted.
bed now, at 9pm, and waking up at 9am.

just beyond description.
the stories were touching, both saddening and encouraging.
the people are beautiful.

because i’ll be retreatin’ for the weekend.

he was a success case. he made it to toronto.
